Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, the usual first step is to talk with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Senatechildhood Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your concern is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency in New York that regulates pest control.

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include getting in touch with the provider. Once that is done, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not satisfy you, you can answer and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
